Custom-made product. Every SailSensor kit is assembled, configured and calibrated to measure for your boat and the sail it is applied to (number and arrangement of sensors, boom/NMEA 2000 options, calibration). The system includes the proprietary app and, for PRO plans/bundles, the cloud subscription service for data collection.
Under art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, implementing EU Directive 2011/83) — subparagraph c) for goods made to measure or clearly personalised, and subparagraph o) for digital content/services whose performance begins at your request — the right of withdrawal does not apply. The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity remains in force.
